IL2FB Dedi - gc.cmd - timeout 3600000 f gc.cmd

Hi!
I just followed Wildhoneys Guide (http://wildhoney.nightmail.ru/il2fb/) to set up my IL2FB-Dedi.
When i try to start the Server, the last message sounds "timeout 3600000 f gc.cmd". What does this mean? Is the server running? Or not?
This would explain, why i cannot connect Confused

The entries for localhost in conf.ini and confc.ini are different, is that right?
