Problem connecting to new HL version

Hello all, I am having a problem connecting to the new 3.8.80. Everytime I try to connect all I get is : Please wait ... connecting ...
Error Socket: 10060 The attempt to connect timed out. I have no idea what to do, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the new version about a dozen times now and keep getting the same thing.

Now let me also note that I have been using Hyperlobby for a very long time and have never had one single problem. Let me also note I have not made any changes to my system what so ever except for installing the new 3.8.80 version.Anyhow, anyhelp would be much appreciated.
