Hello Jiri,

I read this quote and I took your advice of asking for a second chance. (Even though I'm not the culprit.) I had absolutly no chance to fight back against my banning and it happened almost instantly. I was not warned by Cuda about the banning and he kinda jumps the gun on people sometimes. I just wanted to make the main point that someone else runs on the same computer IP as me (my brother) and he is the one who was the culprit, NOT ME. He recently got a new computer with some money he had been saving up that has a different IP. Since he left this computer he won't be back again to harass anyone. But I am still on this computer and can't get in Hyper Lobby.

Please UnBan my IP...

Jiri - I am not quick to Jump the Gun as this has been going on for a very long time. This person and his so called brother has used this excuse (that it is always his brother causing the problems) many times and I am quite tired of hearing it as is most all of the racing community. Even after being banned from HL this person/s has joined into our server directly and continues to try and harass myself and other players by trying to start trouble with me while I am trying to conduct Officiating/Race duties which continues to ruin it for all that are participating. If my opinion has anything to do with a decision you know where I stand on this. He was infact warned by me that I would take steps to get him banned but he continued and started pretending he was you changing his callsign to match yours closely. He once got in a spat with me and brought 7 members of the CPS squad into the race server and was directing them to shoot me down during a race in progress ( they/CPS did not follow his directions) and they also removed this person from their squad. I am sorry it has to come to this but if he does have a brother and the brother is the culprit well I know what I would be doing if it were my brother causing me all this heartache.

Jiri, You have my vote to BFE as he has been warned and still continues. He does not just single out Cuda, as he will cause trouble with anybody on the server that tells him, he is not following the rules of our server.

We put up with him for over 6 months, before he got BFE from HL.

First of all,

I said Jiri only.

Second of all,

Thats exactly right, it was all my brother's doing.

Third of all,

Not only did I delete his profile from (refering to my brother who is the culprit) the game (My game), HE got a NEW computer with a NEW IP. He is not on this computer anymore. He will NEVER return. Sad thing is, I'm still on THIS computer. He is going to get back on through another IP anyway. Since he is gone, he is not here to harass your servers. I was NEVER apart of his doings. So anyways, he is gone, and I need a chance to come back. I made several important missions to host on Hyper Lobby that I can't host anymore. If I did get a chance to return I would NEVER return to IL2AirRacing again and neither would my brother. (He is gone from this computer.) If I am Un-banned, I will never go near your servers, and if I do, (which I won't) then you can ban me forever.

All I say is this:
-I am telling the truth.
-If I am unbanned you will never hear from me again (or my annoying brother.).

And if I remained banned, I don't care. No use being around people who don't want you around.
