Hello ALL!!!

I am unable to join a janes f/a-18 multiplayer game... When janes starts, i do not see any sessions.

I have the following configuration:

Linksys Broadband router, FIOS Broadband service

the pc is set in the router as the dmz on a static address.

I have ALL ports (both TCP and UDP) forwarded and triggered above 1024.

I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

All I can say, is I play LockOn in Hyperlobby, and I am also behind a linksys router. To host a LockOn game , I had to open port 10308. That is the port shown in LockOn Multiplayer screen. After I opened that port, I was able to play, and host a game.
I hope this helps.
I set the preferences in Linksys, 10308(start) to 10308(end), and to my network IP address.

Did you ever find what the problem was? I'm having a similar problem. I can connect and see sessions with all but one particular person hosting. He can't see my session, and I can't see his, but it works with virtually everyone else, and he can host for everyone but me. Weird. I'm running behind a cable router, but with DMZ enabled. He isn't but has the requiste ports forwarded.

Any help would be apprecited.

Are you running a software firewall or spyware program? If you're running Symantec then I might know what the problem is.

Also, just wanted to make sure that you had the Janes FA18 Patch, it's necessary for multi-player.

I'm a member of the virtual VMFA 323rd squadron. We have regular multiplayer sessions (almost every night, but always twice a week). Please feel free to visit the squadron at: www.vmfa-323.com . We use Ventrilo for voice comms. Send me an ICQ message at 458-992-201 and I'll give you our Ventrilo server information and when I see you on Ventrilo I'd be happy to try to help you get your multiplayer up and running (I'm sure the other guys would be happy to give you a hand as well).
