Run time Error 429

Problem: HyperLobby has run perfectly on my computer for approximately 2 years. When I installed ver 3.8.95 I got and Ã¢â‚¬Å“unexpected errorÃ¢â‚¬Â. When I try to start HyperLobby I get Ã¢â‚¬Å“Run time Error 429. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality.Ã¢â‚¬Â Tried rerunning aping.exe and dpexe.exe and got Ã¢â‚¬Å“unexpected errorsÃ¢â‚¬Â

Does double clicking on aping.exe & dexec.exe satisfy the Tech Support FAQ requirement to rerun the programs? What other steps can I take to get the HyperLobby program to run on my computer again?

Well I hate to say it but I have exactly the same thing. I get 3 general errors and then the 429. aping and the other files get errors when I try and run them as well.

I would like to know how to fix this.
