How to host on Hyperlobby

**Prior to hosting- you must make a complete mission in the editor & save the mission first. Set all of the difficulty, connection speed, & graphics options ahead of time.**

1. Start Hyperlobby on the hosting computer- log on and select the top slot in either an "open" or "closed" mission.

Clients should join a "closed" mission now. Open missions can be joined at anytime.

2. Host types in a description-don't forget version number & connect speed. Sets # of people & difficulty level. (descriptive only) Click on "SAVE INFO"

3. Box is gone- your button has turned blue. (next to your name in HL.) Click on it. Now- start game

4. LOMAC starts- Host will see "connection" page.

5. Clients will see "coalitions" page- (here) But they won't be able to select a side yet. **If they have never done so- The clients should go to the connections page (see above) & select the correct connect speed.

6. Host clicks "open" at top left,

selects the mission, and clicks on "MAP"

Host now has "coalitions page" with red and/or blue side buttons active. Now the clients can choose a side.

Note- IF the host is going to be a dedicated server-(host is spectator) Simply click on "FLY" now- and "S" to start it. For best performance- set ALL graphics to LOW or OFF except "Scenes".(med or high) It will also perform better if you point the view staight up and zoom to 25000. If you sit in the background changing views & taking screenshots- you should expect some slowdowns.

7. All pilots can now choose planes, and proceed to the briefing & map screens for information regarding the mission. You don't have to pick a plane first- you can read the briefing & check out the map first if you wish. Simply click the "coalitions" button to begin again (you are still connected) or get to the payload screen.

8. Get your payload. When done- see if the "save" button is lit- click it if it is.

9. FLY or clients(only) can press "ctrl+r" to record a track.

10. Host presses S to start mission after loading.
