Hi,
When I try to run the program I get the following error:
"Run-Time error 336"
"Component not correctly registered"
I have tried to uninstall the program and remove every line in the registry that contained HyperLobby.
Help !!!
I have:
Windows XP Professional
CPU AMD 850
RAM: 512 MB
HDD: HD 40GB Sygate
VGA: NVidia 3 TI 8200
verinfo.txt file contens:
hlpro.exe 3.2.0.50
aping.exe 1.0.0.16
dexec.exe 1.0.0.5
mswinsck.ocx 6.0.89.88
msvbvm50.dll 5.2.82.44

Try rerun aping.exe and dexec.exe from the hl folder .... |

Can anyone please send me a previous version of hl?
I can't seem to find it anywhere on this site, which is quite strange.

Afaik,Previous versions of HL client are not compatible with current hyperlobby serverside software.
You might try it again after you next reformat your system and make sure anti virus program is not running.
Is your HL Install on same drive as windows and are all file systems the same? (nfts,fat32) |

I just need a previous version in order to register the dll. afterward I'll install the latest ver. My system is too coplicated to format just because of hl.
If anyone can contribute an earlier ver I'll be thankful |

Do you know regclean program from Microsoft ?
Try uninstall HL
Delete the HL folder
Run regclean.exe whish remove unexistenet com component registration
Try reinstall the lobby
Iam using this tool from MS everytime when i install or uninstall a program. This program generate a .reg file whish you can run to revert back registry changes ... This program was designed for win9x but due to the same com component registration as have win 9x working for fine also with XP. |
