I got this problem now for a couple of weeks...
First it was all nice, I could see evrybody speed (green bars) but one day I have deleted a file from windows/system starting with quick and when I reopen HL then all pings were red (timeout)
Now I even reinstaled windows but the same problems, I see evrybody red... I have no firewall or somthing like that because at a time all worked fine.
Please can sombody help me with my problem, tell me what can I do?
P.S. I forgot to tell that I got win ME
