I'm afraid no.
Each aircraft has a gunsight of its all, typically varying a bit in the sub variants.
I think only exceptions are I-16 type 5 and 6 and Fokker D.XXIs where you have certain chance of getting a reflector sight. I think its possible for multiplayer to have just either sight, though.
