Can I ask why?, I got a TOS at 20/03/2011 @2.28.20, at the time I was AFK and playing another game,was on all evening and never received one before that came back and im banned...., which the member nashash of HL can confirm, any help on this would be great, is it one TOS and banned now on site? or just that you dont like the guy you are TOSING now and he gets banned regardless??

Sop, you were kicked for 24 hours, not banned. I'm wasn't around when the incident happened so can not comment on the specific details. The TOS rules have not changed so the admins are not in a habit to hand out TOS warnings for repeat offenses. That might work with school teachers, but not here. Will be looking forward to seeing that Irish face of yours after the kick times expires.
