I cannot give you guys an answer for Jiri, but if Falcon BMS has same difficulty settings with original Falcon 4.0 its based on, you could try renaming the exe so that HL sees it and try with that.
I don't see a problem if it is used in your own Dedicated Server if you have one, I just think it will give other programmers the idea of using game bots like in Call of Duty and so on.
