I'm getting "Please wait, connecting HyperLobby server" when I'm trying to connect and in the next second "Connection to HyperLobby server was closed"...I'm banned? for what? I didn't said anything... ...

The problem that I have is when I'm trying to connect is saying "Please wait, connecting HyperLobby server" and in the next second "Connection to HyperLobby server was closed". Why is that?
