I know, maybe it's boring talking again about firewalls , but I made a search on the forum and nothing seems to fit to my case Crying or Very sad
The issue: I can't connect to any server with the Sygate personal firewall pro 5.5 on..
I allowed both hlpro.exe and aping.exe to inboud and outbound traffic.
I also added and advanced rule, allowing UDP port 21000 both for remote servers and local (as suggested in the FAQ page) and I allowed ICMP traffic, but still I receive no ping from server (all reds) and I can't connect to any (timeout message).
I run Win XP SP 2, with the Windows built in firewall disabled.

Any help?? Sad

I found the answer in another topic (sorry, the first time I should've missed it Embarassed ).
Going to options, security tab and unchecking Unable Intrusion detection System do the job. Now I got green servers and can connect !!
Laughing
