I reformated my system and upgraded to windows XP home edition Service pack 2. I downloaded HL 3.7.74 to load and it won't install. When I double click the executable file a small window appears and says it is un packing the install wizard and then it goes to the blue screen that lists the supported games and the version of HL. At this point nothing happens the install process just sits idle. I have tried re downloading the install program and have the same results.
