Hi Jiri, this is the second time I've enquired, not sure if you got my first post. I've seen no response.

How do I get signed up to play in HL again?
I had not played for a while and misplaced my password. I have so many passwords for other things.

I've read the link stating "you are not responsible for lost passwords" and that is fine. I do not expect you to keep a record of everyone's passwords.

I guess I just don't understand why it is so difficult to sign up all over again if someone has forgotten their password.

Why do I have to use my old password at all. If I can change my password online at the bank and everywhere else, why can't I do it on HL.

People move, etc. and sometimes can't play for a while. When they come back it would be nice for them to not have to jump through so many hoops to sign up again.

I enjoyed playing on your site and commend you for your efforts, but in this particular area I was wondering why it could not be more simple and user friendly to sign up again with a new password.

My call sign was Mana. What info do you need from me to enable me to sign up again. I would also change my call sign.
