HOW CAN I CHANGE MY CALLSIGN IN THE HL 3.9 ??? any idea?

Why change it? Just create a new one and use it!
I don't think there's a limit in the callsigns you can have, as long as the name is free and not used by some other guy.

you have to change your email address( change a letter or had a number) in the name you are using then add your email address to the the new name, it whon't let you use start a new account on a email address being used.

-disconnect
-change callsign
-connect in
-retype confirmation of password and email in chat
