I just picked up a copy of Pacific Fighters and want to play multiplayer. When I tried to join a game in hyperlobby, the game wouldn't start because it wasn't version 4.04. I downloaded the 4.04 patch and now I'm getting a whole new error message saying something about data not being read. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get this set up? Thanks

I´ve EXACTLY the same problem!!!!! I downloaded Pacific Fighters Standalone patchs 3.03,3.04,4.01,4.02,4.03 & 4.04,and I can´t connect! Server´s screen says they are working with the 4.04 version...The same I downloaded!!!!!! I don´t know what to do,snif!!! Thanks if you can help us, and sorry for my english! (I´m from Spain,OLE!)

In a forum of my country, I spoke with a guy who flies in a virtual squadron, and told me that everybody uses NOW "IL-2 1946" in HyperLobby, and it´s not standarded with Pacific Fighters Standalone online... That´s the reason we can´t connect!!!
Solutions?
A: Use PF Standalone offline..(with or without patchs).
B: Buy "IL-2 1946" if you want to fly online. (There isn´t another solution... I suppouse!).
I´ll take the second option...

Beg to differ to previous post. I have been looking for months for way to play Pacific Fighters (stand alone) online. Finally, three days ago, found hyperlobby. There's usually been 3 or 4 servers with games I can play in at the times I've visited. Good Fun! I'm using 4.04, with full set of patches from 301.

Sorry Texas for hijacking ur post.....but if 1946 (patched) includes PF....y can't i join the guyz using standalone PF (patched)....Any ideas??

Hello, You need to uninstall the game and re-install it, then you have to do the updates in order from the lowest # to the 4.04 one at a time, I did the same thing, let me know if this helps you
