Run-time error '360': Invalid Property Value

I get the following run-time error message when I change the HL window from 800 x 600 (1) to 1024 x 768 (1.25) and select the Janes WWII Fighters game. Then HyperLobby shuts down when I close the error message window. The problem only occurs with this game selection only and not with IL2 Sturmovik; Pacific Fighters, Forgotten Battles, Combat Flight Simulator or Combat Flight Simulator 2 with all other games disabled. When I switch back to scale value of 1 in the config.ini file I can open the Janes WWII Fighters Window with no errors.

Below is my current hardware setup, but this occured with other hardware setups in the past.
