I recently downloaded and installed hyperlobby. When running the app, another app called ESP full tries to load. ESP full is surveilance software. what could be causing this and why linked to hyperlobby?

To test your problem I just installed Hyperlobby on my test computer.
No app called ESP attempted an installation.
I got to think you got virus or worm problems.
There is nothing of the sort bundled with the Hyperlobby installation.

Tried it againm this time on a clean install of XP Pro SP3.
Being clean it was easy to detect all new installs.
Sorry dude, your problem is not with the HL software.
You may have been reading Galen Thurber's web site to much.
You got slammed by a virus somewhere along the line and it
is trying to link you up with that software.
Or you have an overactive imagination.
Or you are Galen Thurber slagging Jiri again.
