Tracking programs

Ok, I have found another mose movement emulation program which is quite good. BUT, as you know , when we move the mouse around our views move around as well right? the trouble is I can't get it to work in the game. It works fine in other places, it can move my cursor around even now as I type, but as soon I start the game it & stops moving, though when I send game to desktop , it still is on and working.
I have made sure trakir in the conf file is on =1.
I have even added the name of the program myself to the ini file and made it =1 but still no go.
The name of the program is called Camera Mouse 2009. a very good one indeed,as well as being free.
I hope someone can lead me in the right directions.
