I've been flying coops in IL2:FB with my squad and I'm told that the ping rate icons "red" out completely due to my router. How do I fix this so the ping rates are visible? I'm not hosting the coop. My system specs are as follows:
Gateway Series 500
Pentium 4, 2.4gHZ
512MB RAM
Router: Siemens SpeedStream SS2604
Running Comcast with Motorola SURFboard SB4220
Firewall: Zonealarm
From another thread if it helps:http://hyperfighter.jinak.cz/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=306

Hello
When you enable in to uour router NAT it not need any other configuration. Only when you want host games you must setup port forwarding back to your computer(IL2 and FB need UDP ports 21000) . HL uses tcp port 1698 and ICMP echo reply protocol for latency calculation ...
Hope it helps.

ICMP echo reply protocol for latency calculation is what you have to allow for others to see your ping.
Zone alarm also blocks other computers from pinging you to on high security settings. Your router might also have a built in firewall.
Search ICMP in the manuals for both zone alarm and your router and allow them.
