Ok.. lets see if I can describe this without you guys thinking this is the typical idiot user.

When HL starts up.. I have it installed on my NTFS D drive.. as well I have lockon installed on the D drive.. or NTFS, when I FIRST log on and it asked me for the Exe for lockon I MANUALLY from the desktop shortcut put
D:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\LockOn.exe

YES I select the text.. YES I click save.

Not only does it say not found, BUT... it wont even search ANY of my D drive for games.. YET.. my Fat 32 drive.. the C drive.. it will search. But it REFUSES to search my D drive, the D drive is where I run HL,lockon from... and yes I am IN the NTFS XP Pro SP1 *where HL is installed* when I have HL running.

What im saying is.. while im logged into D NTFS XP sp1 where both HL and lockon is installed .. HL WILL NOT even search my D drive for ANY games.. YET... it will cross over to the C drive and search it for games just fine. The C drive is fat32.. D is NTFS .. the one HL is installed on.

Just tested by making an lockon.exe in all 4 drives here. C: (nfts), E: (nfts), F: Fat 32 and G: (fat 32).
The search found them all.
I have another OS on the fat 32. I will boot from that and try the same test.

Also try installing HL on C: and see if that helps. There have been issues with nfts and non default drives.

Just read the manual and tried again. seem to have worked this time. after the search you need to double click the installation path then save. If you have done this then ignore this.
