Hello. I'm new to this program and site. I looked on Youtube at an IL2 video and it showed this program in the comments. I'm using the Steam version of IL2 and I'm desperate to get this working. So I DL the HL file, and I press the Windows Installer file. I select Install (Also tried Costum) and when I pressed Next (To install) it says that theres another installation running. I closed Steam, and even DNA (W/e that is... ). I can't run it in Administer mode because it doesn't give me the option. This IS the only account on the PC. My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bit). Please help.

To play online it is better to go to the shop and buy the game then use the Steam version, I picked my IL-2 1946 up for $8.

Hi
Check your installed programs and see if HL is already there, if it is uninstall it.
And use the latest HL client version.

Some instalation still pending at your side, so run another is not posible. It should be case of windows update, some mallware trying get in to your computer etc. If a few restarts will not help you solve this problem it will be good reason to call your local computer service provider ...
EDIT: from your screenshot i see windows update in progress ...
