I'm building a new skin, but new to it.

How do I change the colors in the tables? I know I need to put in a color such as &HFFFFFF&, but ....

Is there a converter or tool that will let me pick a color and have it converted into that format?

I can't seem to find anything suitable on the web. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong direction?

Thanks for any info on this.
