I cannot connect to server when I try to join any game

Problem: After installing hyperlobby 3.1.40 I cannot connect to server when I try to join any game, I get timeout message after a while. This is a new problem, I have not changed anything on my computer.

Have you uninstalled 2.x lobby ?
Have you enabled detectlocalip to 1 ? (have look in to the HL FAQ)
Using you a personal firewall ?
