A friend of mine has lost his nickname and password. He tries to get another nick but he has the same e-mail address. When he tries to get a new nick "hyperlobby" answers "a user with this e-mail address already exists" How can he get his old nick and password by using his e-mail address?

The only way would be if your Friend e-mailed Jiri from the email he used to create the original account. Then Jiri could send the password to that email or delete that account off the database. If not then he will have to create another account with a different callsign.
