First I want to thank Jiri for the Hyperlobby which is my and my squadmates forgotten battles multiplayer playing base, so it is for many many others, which take part in VOW and VEF competition. The closing of Hyperlobby is like taking away a part of life for many virtual pilots. I don't know the reasons you are stopping support for Hyperlobby, but I'm sure there are possibilities to host hyperlobby on Servers fundet from community money. And there will be people willing to organice this. So please please be open for negotiations in that direction. Hyperlobby MUST SURVIVE! |

Jiri, I couldn't thank you enough for all you have done for the online community. I was there with you from day one with the very first hyperlobby beta. I knew you were on to something big back then, and was thrilled to see it catch on to so many people. ZG77 is grateful to you for stepping up to the plate and giving us a better home than jcn did. I'm proud to have my name among your credits, wish I could have done more. You were there when we were struggling with the constant shut downs of jcn. You remember how disheartening it was to try to sign online, looking for your friends and squadmates to game with, and instead we get that annoying message that we couldn't connect. Your hyperlobby is surely going to be missed by the hundreds of players that come there regularly. I'm sure this was not an easy decision for you and it's just something that you felt had to be done. No one can fault you for shutting down, yes we're hurt by this decision, but you're not a company that has many finances at the ready, you're a gamer who went the extra mile for others and in that we at ZG77 salute you and hold you in our highest honor.

Can confirm that one of my squad mates heard this too from someone in contact with jiri. Very bad joke someone made with us. |
