Its our fault: we shold have developed an opensource HL-like application, it would be online as time as people were interested on it: a lot people have offered free hosting for a server, so the server is not the problem.
The software wich support big free communities should be OS, IMHO. If not, they will be allways under the risk of this type of actions, they will be allways under the yoke of a few people who control the software.
