os win2k sp4 ie 6

Any 1 have that problem?

I dont have this files in os win2k, but it is in win9x.
is ctl3d.. .dll for VXD drivers to soundcard? i have WDM drivers.
if what doing problem to HL, hau to disable sound in HL?
