I installed 4.0.13 without incident. Each time I started 4.0.13 I got the update window. Each time I chose the autoupdate feature. Each time it downloaded the update. However the 4.0.14 install got mixed results.
W2k.It downloaded but did not install.4.0.14 was not there.
XP64.It downloaded but did not install.4.0.14 was not there.
W7 Ultimate,32 bit.UAC on.It downloaded and installed.I had to restart manually but 4.0.14 was there.
It would be nice to have HyperLobby restart automatically after the install instead of having to manually start it after the updated install. |

Update.
I let HyperyLobby run for a little bit.On W2k and Xp64 (where 4.0.14 downloaded but did not install) I keep getting an autoupdate popup window.
Getting the window is nice when HyperLobby first starts but having it popup every few minutes while HyperLobby running is annoying. |

Its just only half finished. In w2k and maybe XP setup will not run because there ase spaces on the path and i forgot add quotes in to msiexec path parameter. Autorestart should be done by running the setup from external script or an application.
Regarding reminder, it stay as is, there is no reason do not update. Some next releases already will not allow connect with older version. |

All issues are hopefully fixed. After installing this 4.0.15 you will be asked to install 4.0.16
EDIT: 4.1.0 released |

Hi
Yes works great Jiri.
Installed 4.0.15 auto updated to 4.0.17.
Pager tweaks you made are much better.

I installed 4.0.15 and it installed fine.It then asked if I wanted to update and I agreed. It then updated to 4.0.17(even though verinfo says 4.0.0.17).
However the autoupdate did not give my the option to install/omit Hyperlobby desktop icon.It installed icon automatically. Is there a way for the update to use the same settings as the initial install?
This was on a W2k machine. |

Only i can is do not run the setup in quiet mode, but in standart install mode, maybe an hyperlobby.ini option should cover run HL update in standart, not quiet mode. Makemsi have some option to store features preferences for product update, but is it worth spent hour to add this feature ? |

It is not worth the trouble. It is easy to just delete the icon.I think I am in the minority and most people prefer the icon. |

No problem. I already added this request to my TODO. In the future there should be more options and correct handling of feature selection will be important. Thanks for report. |
