Hello community,

me and my Friend want to play IL2:1946 against each other or coop.
We are using hamachi. In the Network settings we choose cable DSL and LAN, but both istn't working.

Wenn some of us try to join, there is this warning:

Connection attempt to remote host failed. Reason: Timeout.


Our firewall is inactive and port 21000 is enabled, and we have patched it to 4.09m. We tried it over Hyperlobby, but there is the same problem.

But yesterday, we were playing successful for two hours ! But after restarting the game, it wasn't working again. Confused

We bought it over steam.

Can someone help ?

Edit: I was reading the FAQ, but there wasnt a solution. Confused

If you and your friends are on the same network behind a NAT router you may try alter localport value. Set this value diferent per computer. Here is more details:

thanks for the help, DetectLocalIP = 0 has solved the problem. Surprised
