? before a player

Today, i saw a "?" standing before a player. Whats the meaning of that???

Also, the Riga dogfight server is frequently not listed in HL, Why is this???

is it possible that it's just part of the player's name?
is the ping usually good?

No Radpig, its not a part of his name. At least for what i know.
I dunno about his ping cuse he is listed in present players

It happens for an unknown reason i dont know thought it was because they got kicked, but i am wrong. Confused
