HL wont load up connects then drops

HL worked fine yeaterday , havent installed anything, and all three pc's are doing same thing. (me and my sons pc's)

it connects you can hear the motor sound then it closes, tried reinstalling, even installed 4.2.9

we get this message:
Please wait, connecting HyperLobby server
HyperLobby server closed the connection

Only thing i can think of is that HL is down?

you got a 24 hour kick/ban due to an inappropriate tag.You were asked multiple times to change it buy three different admins but never responded

was trying to save you some dignity here. your other tag Meat_Stroker is what got you the 24 hours.please try to refrain from using similar tags.

Um ok i guess you didnt really check ip's then cause thats my oldest sons clan tag,
I told him to change his il2 clan tag. and couldnt you have just banned him by his name/ip instead of all 3 of my pc's?

Bludawg, after digging into your case a bit deeper we have come across something else that is kind of disturbing. There is a new member in Hyperlobby, callsign is Meat_Stroker. He has been warned about that being an inappropriate callsign, in violation of HyperLobby's Terms of Service agreement. He has been asked on more than two occasions to change it but ignored those requests and was finally kicked for 24 hours. This kick effects ALL usernames under that account. You might check with your sons and see what they've been up to. Please feel free to contact any one of us in the staff for assistance.

dont you get some kind of game guid from players by name being that we have differ game keys. in server logs?
I know they can ban by name as well, either way not trying to get into a pissing match here, I never seen a request in game for the name change nor did CBA_Stub.
His name is Changed now.

I just asked him that is His call of duty clan tag he used it here as well. i asked him to change it, he said he has never seen a request or in game request to change his name, we played for over 2 hrs last night and 3 of us in game and non of us seen the request, how was the request sent anyways?
he's 16 lol i dont see a problem with it, he is now CBA_Pup is that cool?

well damn i go back to work tomorrow, anyway you can just bann him by his name so i can at least play, lol i know thats alot to ask but im 40 and work on drilling rigs and dont get much time off.

there should be some kind of fix in the future so you can assign guid or bann by HL guid from login so this doesnt happen. I dont think its cool to bann everyone if you know what i mean.

Meat_Stoker was sent two pager messages on two seperate occasions requesting the name change. If he had the admins on ignore he would not have received those. Plus he was sent an official TOS warning. Was kicked afterwards. Thanks for your assistance in clearing this up.

We have had to many problems with guys who are kicked by callsign only just changing their names and coming back on and continuing their behavior. This is the only way that works. Sorry.
