HyperLobby Client (4.2.11) - Installer Information
Message: "Could not create key: Software\Classes. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personel."
How can I solve this problem? |

Operacional system is Win 7 ultimate.

Is your HL folder in your program files folder?
That could be a problem, not sure though. |

try moving it out of the program files folder.
like this C:\HyperLobby client\... |

download the update off the site and then click the properties of it and allow it all access, then run the .exe. or maybe you can try access and defaults and give hypperlobby full permissions. |

Didn´t work either.
So I tried to uninstall but same error occured: I couldn´t unistall ver. 4.7.
I downloaded and tried to install but didn´t work too.
I can´t play anymore because ver. 4.7 ask to update.
I don´t know what to do! |

install the windows install cleanup utility.
once installed find Hyperlobby in the browser, then click the name and uninstall.
Then try to update hl by downloading the installer from the website. |

I have been getting a similar problem as Flink. When I try to install version 4.2.12 I get a message saying:"The older version of Hyperlobby Client cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." I removed all the references to Hyperlobby from the registry and still get the same message. I installed the windows cleaner as recommended but it couldnt find any copy of Hyperlobby to uninstall. Any ideas?
