Hi I keep on trying to install the update 4.2.11 and Ive tried both the auto update and manually downloading it from this site and both times during the install I get this error saying
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click ok or try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder conataining an installation pakage 'hyperlobby-4.2.3.msi' in the box below."
The current path is: C:\Documents and Settings\Kyran Caines\Application Data\HyperLobby\cache\
and I dont know where that file would be located it really is getting on my nerve |

Your best bet is to right click on the download link and select Save Link As and put the file on the root of c like c:\
You then extract the MSI to say, c:\Hyperlobby (Or any other folder name you choose to create).
Once extracted, run the MSI installer.
Often, running an MSI from a zip archive will cause problems, so this is the best bet to get you running.

Try uninstall current version from control pannel and install new one. This will keep all your dataand settings. If this not help, post here detailed error messages or screenshots. |

Yea i don't know how I did it but I fixed my problem and I tried to uninstall and reinstall the old hyperloby versions but they werent uninstalling. Somehow I managed to get it to work though thanks the weird thing is it never fuly installed every time I tried I got the same error. But after roaming around I found a hyperlobby 4.2.11 that worked randomly. |

Yea I understand its been a while (a year lol) but I still never solved the problem and gave up on it for a while. I used perfect uninstaller which cleaned out any hyperlobby related thing in the registry than tried reinstalling it and still get the same message. |

you could try this...
if you have an updated version of Hyperlobby on another machine you could try copying the whole folder across.
worth a try |
