Your account was banned for 24 hours for spamming the lobby and making accusations of cheating toward another member. Your were sent a TOS warning and apparently ignored it. The admin on duty then removed you.
Please let this be a lesson that you should refrain from such behavior in the future.

I was no received "TOS warning" before "banned".
TOS warning was receibed already after 1 minute AFTER i was kicked
and before i kicked i received strange message like "Buy" from this the same cheater brutuz77 which immediatelly go out from game and watched chat.
Strange, isn't it ?
2.
CHEATERs is always cheaters.
And bastards (etc.) is alwais bastards (etc.).
brutuz77 have all these "marks"/signs.
3.
If have no ability to watch cheater -> then watch for server of cheaters (not honestly subjects, bastards, etc.) and not include it to your list.
And even if you can not do even this -> then read messages of honestly players and do corresponding actions (not again these honestly players ).

A) Hit esc
B) select "record track"
C) watch track to (possibly) confirm suspicions
D) post on forums
Before that, its just your word. Funny in the way that you're the only one who sees it, all the hundreds of HL users must be blind, right?
