This is a shout out to all whoever gave advice on Patch updates for online gaming, Thanks Guys n Girls. Sure appreciate it...!!
PS also to the guy who helped with changing screen resolution to full screen on 22" Monitor.
To those still searching: You have to install patches in order: 4.08 -> 4.09->4.10 then 4.10.1

YEP. For some mad reason it didn't want me to edit and save...I do have admin rights...it's my PC!! So i created a config2 file and changed the name back to config after copying original to a safe house.

Yeah thats how Vista works unless you are OK with playing spider solitaire and surfing with IE.
