Some what confused.....:(

First off ...i would like to say that i am new here.
With shakey hands and rattlin knees.... Razz

...i am looking forward to playing online.However i cannot seem to figure out how to change a so called fire wall setting...After downloading the HL client i am still without the online play... Sad

I must truly say that perhaps i can get a little guidance in this matter,so it can be rectified...I must also say that i am looking so forward to actually seeing someone Real... flying these great aircraft besides the computer in single mode...

Do i also need to intall several patches???

patch in order 4.08m then 4.09m after 4.09m then 4.10m then 4.10.1m

as far as the firewall i am no help,
install patches in order 1st is 4.08m then 4.09m after u have 4.09m you have a choice if you want to go modded or un modded. there are 2 major mods out right now. one is UP 2.01 and the other is HSFX5.1
if you want UP mod then after you install 4.09m you need to download UP2.01 mod link here http://ultrapack.il2war.com/index.php?topic=1536.0 after u have UP installed simply use the updater that is in UP to update game to 410.1.>>>watch a movie it will take awhile

If you want HSFX5.1 you need to install patches 4.08m then 4.09m then 4.10m then 4.10.1

if you want to go totaly unmodded then just patch 4.08m then 4.09m then 4.10m then 410.1 and you are done

i personally dont like posting modded links because of my position as staff but in order for you to enjoy the game to its fullest potential and to be able to join every server in lobby i felt i should post the links so you wont have to re install it over again to be with the rest of us. Hope this helps

Thanks so much fellas....im at the 408m patched and was looking for a good install of 409m,and could not find 1....now i have ..as far as the firewall issue i have a few antivirus programs and my avg was the issue..now im working on getting on the servers.....it says wrong name and password?i will figure it out.......until then thanks again guys and ....May All Your Shots Be True....
