Unable to log using the HyperLobby Pro v3 client it keeps saying "Wrong User Name + Password" I have been able to log onto the web site ok just not the program itself.
How do I resolve this issue? |

The last version of HyperLobby is:3.3.55.
If you have an older version,you are to uninstall it,& install the new version.
Could be the problem.

yeah well gunny, I have exactly the same problem, and that FAQ is less than helpful - we haven't forgotten our password, which is what that appears to be about, but the one we've been supplied with doesn't appear to work..
Any other suggestions??? |

Thats what I am having trouble understanding... The HL client does not supply any passwords only you do when you create the account.. Jiri cannot retrieve passwords but can delete the account if not used for a period of time.
This site (Hyperfighter) and the Hyperlobby client are 2 different things.. their registration process are not linked in any way.
As far as I can see if you do not use your account then it is deleted. That leaves that *username free for someone other to use. Hence a possible reason for getting wrong *username or password text apon login.
PM jiri like he said if things are not working out. Just be patient please. |
