I received a pager message from 91st_Air requesting I change my name. I tried to do this however it appears I have been banned. I think it is a bit rough not giving me any time to fix the name. When you register I would suggest that you make it clear that this is a family friendly space and highlight your clause "Use callsigns that are sexually or othewise suggestive or offensive. " Bignuts is my nickname in real life as it is a play on my real name so I don't find it offensive. I have changed the name however I am banned, all in the space of 30min! A bit rough in my opinion, how long am I banned for and is my new name Captain_Average ok?

To answer your question, no you are not banned. Hyperlobby moderators can only kick for a maximum of 24 hours, although some users will claim otherwise...
That being said, you're not listed on the kick sheet. so you should be able to reconnect now. captain_average is a good choice.
In Regards to highlighting the part of the Terms of Service that affected you, section 9.
When you first install Hyperlobby and run it for the first time, the terms of service is displayed with a countdown, this allows all users time to read and hopefully understand and the guidelines. Users then have the option of knowingly click yes or no to agreeing w/ said ToS.
Generally when the ToS is violated a user will receive a PM from an admin informing them that they're breaking the ToS and how to fix the problem. If the page is either ignored or the person replies negatively. A ToS Warning is issued.
This ToS warning results in an automatic pop-up message that takes you directly to the Terms of Service here -->http://hyperfighter.sk/content-7.html In the case of usernames that can potentially cause a problem, there usually is a 3-5 minute grace period to allow users to receive help on changing there name or to discuss the problem with an admin, if the page/ToS warning is ''ignored'' and the user remains in lobby. The moderator is then allowed to kick the user, the kick can be anything from a simple disconnect to 1 hour or up to 24 hours. After the set time expires the user is able to reconnect to hyperlobby.
