I am trying to play wings over Vietnam online but when i create a mission there is no one there. Do i need to add players to play with me and how can i do that ?

you need to find other people that still have WoV and get them on at the same time as you, as its an old game this may be difficult. try searching for WoV forums and finding anyone left

This will be the same situation with the IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 room as well ... in 2014.
