Seems that UBI have time limited the RC public beta patches and they expired today. You can use it if you turn your computer date back but be aware that some time limited demos might not work thereafter. Ubi stated that you should backup your 1.11 version b4 updating.
Edit: Some reports of other software not working aswell after computer time settings are turned back. Beware!
