I have a uname, and a password, and E-Mail address that worked fine in the past, however, now that I've upgraded to the newest HLPro, It won't allow me to connect.
I tried to have my "old" password emailed to me, and the menu says that it was sent, but it doesn't arrive in my E-Mail.
How can I recover MY Squad Username and password so I can use it in HL???
Appreciate your help.

If you have upgraded then it says you have not used HL for a long time because previous versions have not worked since 3.3.55 relase. When you register a new name with the HL client, it does not send out an email. Remembering passwords is the responsibility of the user. accounts that are not used will be deleted in 9 months.. Try a personal message to Jiri and wait..
