I'm logged in now as Wrathbone and site as well as HLClient are working primo, (thx and <S>).
I want to change my account, or activate my old account and use my callsign for my squad. You have replied with a confirmation code to CHANGE the password for my exisitng account/ callsign, HOWEVER, as per your manual, I need to log into HL and enter the proper command to do so.
MY problem is: I can't log into this site, or HLClient under my callsign because I'm told that I don't have the proper uname or password. Also, if I try to open a new account with my callsign, it says that the E-Mail addresses, (mine and my wifes, heh), are already associated with those E-Mails, AND, MY E-Mail asociated with my callsign has been changed for quite some time..
Again, your site is the most together online. You picking up the pieces after EA hosed all us flight simmers was heaven sent, and you support for even the latest flight sim(s) is unprecedented.
I'd be VERY appreciative if you could walk a simpleton through this prob: I need to be able to connect to site, or HLClient under my callsign.
You have responded in the past on this issue, as well as "Gunny".
I <S> and thank you. Can you help? Do I have to wait 9 months, or the balance of time therein?
Can I scrub this account associated with these e- mails and re-open one with my callgibn?
I thnk it's been at least 9 months since I've used my callsign and I'd really like it back.
Again, <S> and thx.

OK... I had the same problem and just contacted HL as per the manual and viola'... I was given a new password to access these pages and forums.
As far as the password for the Client, contact me via my forum page and I'd be happy to tell you what I know.
Make it clear that Hyperlobby, Client, or Jinak were nothing but as helpful as they could be during my multiple requests for help. <S>
