Forgotten Password

I had a issue with computer and had to reformat my hard drive and I forgot my password.

What HL user name was it and when did you register on HL ?

If you can confirm the e-mail address you used in Hyperlobby please.

I will reset the Call sign so you can log into Hyperlobby once again with your call sign and details.

You can PM me this for security reasons.

PM received and the e-mail matches the account correctly.

You can reset the Callsign and password again.

I've got the same problem. I've forgotten my password. I bought a new system and when click on hyperlobby it asks for my password my callsign is ok. But it won't accept the existing password. I sure would be grateful if you can help me with this problem.

Hi, I got the same problem too. I forgot the password, when the Hyperlobby4.3.4 says Pls. confirm your password by chat , I get : You confirmed wrong password.. I dont know how but I logged in to that Hyperlobby already with username manfredboy with its password xxxxxxxxxx .Theres no changed password option for that[?]..
