Hey guys. I am quite new to Hyperlobby and have read that there is multicrew support for Il2 1946 (more players in one bomber plane). Could somebody please give me advice how to set it up? I haven't figured it out. Thanks a lot!

The stock version of the game allows multi-crew with bombsite controls.

This is possible at present in CooP mode, not Dogfight servers.
