i just joined a squad and made a mistake I accidentaly did capitolise the letters...ie 461st.kilo should be 461st.KILO. followed the instructions on how to delete account but no help tried changing password no help. removed and reinstalled HL no help...

Hello,
Before hitting the connect button type your new *username in the callsign area. You will have to go through the registration process again like you did when you first registered with the client.
