Questions - Please Help

I'm trying to make skins for HL and i had alredy made one... but on my second skin that i'm making now i had some doubts:

1Âº - What is the type os color table (like is that web colors?) that hl use.... In the photoshop the color that i want to use is #F2ECC8 ; #49412A but whem i put it on the SKIN code it became blue.

2Âº On the lstfriends in the code i would like that it dont make that table like whem you put lbltop.BackStyle = 0. There is any way to do this???

Sorry for the bad English, but i i'm form Brazil and only speaks Portugues.

1st is not a bug or something. the common hex codes for colors is RGB (thats whats used in the internet) . RGB means first 2 letters are Red 2nd are Green and 3rd are Blue. Now Hyperlobby does not use RGB colors, it uses BGR colors. that means the letters for Red are at the end and the letters for Blue are in front.

example:

RGB H6600FF

BGR HFF0066

I have a question, how do you convert RGB to BGR?..is there a conversion tool or something?
