My log-in name and password no longer work when I try to get into Hyperlobby client to fly, but they work here without a problem. I've been sent a new password, but still no luck...I can get in here, but not into the Hyperlobby client.
Is there anyway I can get back while keeping this log-in name, or am I going to have to create a new account ? I really want to keep this log-in name if I can.

Hello, It sounds like you have forgotten your password because you say "My log-in name and password no longer work when I try to get into Hyperlobby client to fly"
Is this correct? If not then read the first connect part of the manual at this site.
If so then your better off making a slight variant of your *username and re registering with the HL client. (like: 242Sqn_Paul_K or 242Sqn_Paul*K)
And yes the Hyperfighter website and the Hyperlobby are two different things.
If your old *username is unused for 9 months then it is automatically deleted from the Hyperlobby server and is once again free for you to take. The reasoning for this is because of imposter's.

Gunny, thanks for your response. No, I haven't forgotten my password., and I even got a new one sent using the confirmation code procedure. That new password doesn't work either, so it's something to do with my log-in name.
Yes I could vary my name a little, but I'd really rather keep it because the way its laid out conforms with other members of 242 Squadron. Interesting about the nine month expiry period though, I'll keep that in mind.
I'd message Jiri directly about it, but I don't know what his forum name is...anyone know ? |

Hyperlobby dose not send new passwords. It never has. You are trying to use This Hyperfighter website login in the hyperlobby client. What message do you get when the client login fails? |
