Maybe it'll be resoneble to make some improvements in HL (of course in the future version)

1) Is it possible to mark niks for unregisterd (in VWF and VEF) pilots with different color in HL? It'll be very userfull for hosts and other players.

2) To add extra big mission cell, cause very often (esp. at weekend) it's a lot of players who is waiting a big mission to start for another big one.

I have introduced interface chages for 4.x version, but i not have time for it ... 3.x will remain with current design.
